All artwork and mural designs created by Truman Adams remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.

Exterior murals are subject to normal aging, weather conditions, surface deterioration, UV exposure, and environmental wear. While professional materials and protective coatings are used, long-term durability cannot be guaranteed.

Project timelines may be affected by weather, material delays, site access, or unforeseen circumstances.

Truman Adams reserves the right to photograph and share completed artwork for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes.
